While most Americans are comfortable applying a simple bandage to deal with minor scrapes and cuts, the vast majority are unequipped to effectively handle severe, life-threatening injuries or illnesses during a medical emergency, especially when every second counts.  The goal of Emergency First Aid Fundamentals is to help you gain the knowledge, confidence, and competence needed to deal with dozens of medical and traumatic emergencies.

A course textbook ($35 value) is included in the cost of your course registration.

This course is best suited for classroom instruction due to the hands-on nature of the skill's practical exercises, which we believe is most beneficial to retain the knowledge.  Ou general offerings will be taught in person at our Waldorf MD classroom.  Should you desire a virtually led class through Zoom, please contact us to inquire about availability.

Maryland's Good Samaritan Law protects bystanders who render first aid in a reasonably prudent manner at an emergency scene without the expectation of a fee or other compensation.  You must also relinquish care to a certified first responder on their arrival.
